In the ceramic industry, the line cannot stop for lack of raw materials. Esmaltec treats delivery as part of customer service. Volume, packaging and frequency are agreed with each customer, according to the plant’s consumption.
Since its early years, Esmaltec has invested in its own fleet. Its 27-tonne trucks carry raw materials from the plant to the customer, with scheduling planned together with production.
