Data subject rights — LGPD

The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018 – LGPD) gives you, as the data subject, control over the personal information that Esmaltec (Terrar Indústria e Comércio Ltda.) processes.

What your rights are

Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request from Esmaltec, at any time:

confirmation that we process your personal data;
access to your data;
correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the law;
portability of your data to another service provider, upon express request;
deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent;
information about the entities with which we share your data;
information about the possibility of not giving consent and the consequences of refusing;
withdrawal of consent.

How to exercise your rights

Submit your request through the Data Subject Channel or write to our Data Protection Officer (DPO), Diogo de Camargo: dpo@esmaltec.com. For your security, we may ask for information confirming your identity before handling the request.

We respond within the time limits set by the LGPD. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
